At Equal Bio Lab, we maintain the highest standards of product integrity. Due to the sensitive nature of the laboratory research materials we provide, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the materials sold and to ensure the quality and safety of our inventory, all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns for any reason.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and fulfilling your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue in your communication to our support team.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund or replacement is at the sole discretion of Equal Bio Lab and is typically only considered in instances of documented shipping errors or product defects reported within the 48-hour window.

4. Shipping & Handling

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In the event that a replacement is authorized, we will coordinate the shipment of the correct materials as quickly as possible.
