1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Equal Bio Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
4. Carrier Delays and Issues
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, any delays are outside our control. This includes delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier-specific issues.
5. Signature Confirmation
For security and to ensure successful delivery, some orders may require signature confirmation upon arrival.
